With more than 23 years of teaching experience, including two decades in B.Ed. institutions and over ten years as Principal of reputed colleges of education, she has emerged as a respected figure in the field of higher education and teacher training in India.
Based in New Delhi, she has consistently contributed to the advancement of educational standards through her expertise in pedagogy, curriculum development, educational leadership, and teacher training. Her academic journey reflects sustained excellence, beginning with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi, followed by postgraduate and doctoral studies in Education. Her qualifications were further strengthened after qualifying the prestigious UGC NET-JRF examination, demonstrating her strong scholarly foundation and commitment to research-oriented education.
Over the course of her career, she has held several prominent leadership positions in teacher education institutions. Her tenure as Principal across multiple B.Ed. colleges, including Kalka Institute for Research and Advanced Studies, NC College of Education, SHDHE, and PMC College of Education, reflects her administrative capability and academic vision.
