For more than fifteen years, Aditi Tathagat Gosalia has been committed to one powerful purpose—bridging the gap between education and employment. Throughout her journey in higher education, she has worked tirelessly to ensure that students graduate not only with academic qualifications but also with the confidence, skills, industry exposure, and professional mindset needed to thrive in an ever-evolving workplace.
Currently serving as the Head – Corporate Engagement & Professional Development Cell and Assistant Professor at Kohinoor Education Trust’s Schools of Management, Aditi has emerged as a respected leader in industry–academia engagement. She firmly believes that meaningful learning happens when classrooms connect with the corporate world, enabling students to apply knowledge in real business environments.
Driven by this philosophy, she has successfully built and nurtured a network of more than 200 corporate partnerships, creating valuable opportunities for internships, live projects, guest lectures, industry mentoring, curriculum enrichment, leadership interactions, and recruitment initiatives. Her efforts have strengthened institutional collaborations while opening doors for thousands of students to engage with industry leaders and prepare themselves for successful careers.
A passionate advocate of employability and lifelong learning, Aditi has trained and mentored over 12,000 students and professionals across diverse domains including career readiness, leadership development, behavioural skills, communication excellence, interview preparation, personal branding, workplace effectiveness, and professional growth. Her learner-centric approach inspires individuals to build not only successful careers but also meaningful professional identities.
Beyond corporate engagement, Aditi has made significant contributions to academic excellence through curriculum development, faculty development initiatives, experiential learning, academic quality assurance, and institutional improvement. As a Human Resources Curriculum Committee member, she continues to champion industry-relevant education that equips learners with the competencies demanded by the future of work.
Her influence extends beyond the classroom. An accomplished trainer, mentor, speaker, and author of Let’s Walk Through, Aditi continues to inspire students, educators, and professionals through her thought leadership on employability, human potential, career development, and industry collaboration. Her work reflects a deep understanding that education is most impactful when it transforms knowledge into capability and aspiration into achievement.
