Vinita Sukhwani, Principal, Educational Strategist and Child Psychology Expert, is an accomplished education professional with more than two decades of experience in institutional governance, academic administration and school development. Guided by her belief that “teaching is not just a profession; it is in my blood,” she has built a career around creating structured, progressive and student-focused learning environments. Her professional journey reflects a strong combination of academic leadership, administrative expertise, faculty development and a deep understanding of children’s educational and psychological needs.
Currently serving as Principal of Mani Nagendra Singh Sainik School, Gotegaon, she has taken responsibility for strengthening school operations through disciplined administrative systems and structured institutional practices. Since assuming the role in May 2025, she has focused on maintaining a high standard of discipline while integrating contemporary technologies into school administration. She also represented the institution at the 52nd All India Sainik School Principals’ Conference, contributing to a professional platform dedicated to strengthening leadership and educational practices within the Sainik School system.
Her approach to educational administration extends beyond conventional management. She has pioneered AI-driven administrative workflows and incorporated digital tools to improve institutional efficiency, streamline processes and support informed decision-making. Her familiarity with technologies such as Gemini and ChatGPT, along with proficiency in MS Office applications, enables her to combine traditional educational values with emerging digital capabilities.
Prior to her current leadership position, she served as Headmistress and Administrator at SBS Public School, Gotegaon, where she managed an institution with more than 950 students. In that capacity, she oversaw academic monitoring, administrative discipline and faculty coordination while working to ensure consistency across institutional operations. She also standardized documentation procedures through multi-tier verification systems, strengthening accountability between the Office In-Charge and Principal.
A significant phase of her professional journey was her tenure at Sanskar Bharti KNT Public School, Gotegaon, where she served in senior leadership and teaching roles. She played an important role in the institution’s expansion, contributing to its growth from an initial strength of 35 students to more than 800. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she helped lead school operations and coordinate high-quality online classes, demonstrating adaptability and crisis-management capabilities during a challenging period for the education sector.
