Bharat Narayan Panchariya, Founder and CEO of Acadfinity Educational Technologies Private Limited, has emerged as a visionary education leader who is redefining the future of learning through technology, innovation, and deep grassroots experience. Honoured with the “Excellence in AI-Driven Digital Transformation in Education” award, he has dedicated more than two decades to strengthening India’s education ecosystem by combining institutional leadership, community engagement, and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence. His journey reflects a unique blend of educational administration, student mentoring, curriculum development, and digital innovation aimed at creating meaningful and sustainable change.
His career in education began in 2003, when he became actively involved in establishing an educational institution from the ground up. Rather than limiting his responsibilities to administration, he participated in infrastructure planning, construction, academic systems, regulatory approvals, admissions, budgeting, staffing, marketing, and institutional management. These experiences gave him firsthand insight into the operational challenges faced by educational institutions and reinforced his belief that successful schools are built on strong leadership, effective systems, and a clear understanding of the communities they serve.
Over the years, he has worked extensively with school managements, teachers, students, parents, and education partners while mentoring more than 5,000 students. Through career counselling and academic guidance, he has helped learners identify their strengths, make informed educational choices, and prepare for future opportunities. His engagement with parents has also contributed to improving awareness about child development, learning strategies, and effective educational planning.
His commitment to inclusive education was further strengthened during his tenure with Jagriti Shiksha Evam Seva Sansthan, where, as Project Manager, he played a significant role in supporting over 108 rural girls who had discontinued their education. Through structured residential learning, community participation, and academic support, the initiative enabled these students to return to formal education. He also contributed to a European Commission-supported Child and Adolescent Health Project covering nearly 125 villages in the Jodhpur region, coordinating community outreach, health awareness programmes, and household surveys. These grassroots experiences shaped his understanding that lasting educational transformation requires trust, local engagement, and practical implementation.
Recognising the shortage of quality Computer Science learning resources for Hindi-medium students, he authored and published Computer Science books for Classes I to V, demonstrating his commitment to making quality education accessible to diverse learners. This experience further strengthened his belief that educational innovation begins with identifying real challenges and developing practical solutions.
His extensive exposure to the education sector also revealed a major gap—the fragmented nature of the K-12 ecosystem. Schools relied on multiple platforms for administration, learning, admissions, procurement, communication, and assessments, making operations complex and inefficient. To address this challenge, he founded Acadfinity Educational Technologies Private Limited, an integrated AI-powered platform designed to unify educational services into a single ecosystem. The platform leverages Artificial Intelligence to provide diagnostics, actionable insights, institutional support, teacher development, student guidance, and data-driven decision-making while ensuring that technology complements rather than replaces human expertise.
